Sure, you can book travel online, but that means endless scrolling and second-guessing. We streamline the process, offer vetted recommendations, and unlock perks you won’t find on booking sites. Plus, we’re your advocate if anything goes wrong. Think room upgrades, free breakfasts, resort credits, and top-tier treatment.

For complex itineraries, multi-stop trips, honeymoons, safaris, or group travel, we do charge a planning fee. That fee covers the research, coordination, and customization needed to design a trip that truly reflects you. For hotel bookings & cruises, there’s often no extra cost. We’re always transparent about fees upfront.

We usually don’t book flights, our specialties are on-the-ground experiences, luxury accommodations, and curated activities. That said, if your trip is complex, we can handle flights too.

We’re also not the right fit if you’re seeking last-minute bargain deals on an extremely tight budget.

While we don’t book Airbnb’s, we do offer access to vetted vacation rentals, villas, and unique stays through our trusted partners.

When you book online, you get what’s listed. When you book with us, you get curated recommendations, personalized service, and VIP perks you won’t find on the internet, like upgrades, complimentary breakfast, resort credits, and someone advocating for you if things go wrong.

As early as possible! The more time we have, the better we can craft your itinerary, from recommending ideal dates to securing exclusive experiences. Early planning means better rates, greater availability, and a smoother journey overall.

You’re welcome to use your reward miles/points for flights. We recommend booking directly with the airline for the smoothest experience. For accommodations, hotels need to be booked with a credit card to unlock exclusive VIP perks through our network of partners. This ensures you receive upgrades, complimentary breakfasts, and other special amenities at no extra cost

Booking & planning fees are non-refundable. Cancellation terms vary by supplier (airlines, hotels, tours, etc.), but we will always provide you with a clear summary of deadlines and penalties in every proposal so you know exactly what to expect.
